      First I had a 30 minute phone interviewed followed by a 90 minute in person interview. I met with the PM Consultant, Director of PM & Integrations and the CEO. The interview was pretty standard. There were not any unusual or difficult questions. It was a lot of me describing my current and past roles and projects that I've worked on. However, it was one of the worst interviews I have ever experienced. The CEO insulted me and was extremely demeaning. I understand testing candidates to see how they react under pressure, but there is no need to insult a candidate. It was a huge turn off and I could never imagine working for a company that had a leader like that. It seemed like it could be a good place to work based on the reviews on Glassdoor and they are growing, but after the negative impression I received in person I never followed back up with them. I'm now not surprised I was told that they have had issues keeping external hires for the PM position.

      Hello— First and foremost, I would like to apologize for my tardy response and thank you for taking the time to interview with us at Procede Software. We are mindful of the time and effort candidates bring to every interview and we try to make the experience as smooth as possible and I am truly sorry that was not your case. With that said, I appreciate the constructive criticism and do apologize if I offended you during your time with the team. As the CEO, my role is to look out for the company’s best interest and communication is one of my highest priorities. I do ask situational and other standard questions across all roles and interviews because we work in a very challenging industry and as we build out our company culture, we not only make sure we find the right fit by vetting candidates but we also want to make sure they will be set up for success as they come aboard.       I had an initial 30-minute screening call, which consisted of straightforward interview questions. This was followed by a 1-hour interview with two department leaders. The first call was more structured, while the second one was casual and conversational, lacking a clear agenda or specific questions. Despite feeling a connection with my interviewers during the second round, I did not receive an offer to move onto the final round. Unfortunately, the company's policy prevented them from providing any feedback. I was disappointed by the lack of feedback, especially considering the informal nature of the second interview, where I had hoped for more constructive input.

      Started with a 30 minute phone interview, an hour virtual interview, and another hour in-person interview where you will meet the CEO and VP of culture and diversity. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to.
