The interview was conducted with the president of the company as well as the employee who held the current position. I was not informed that this would be the situation until I walked into the room. The president informing me that this person would help him find her successor. Patrick himself is a very intense person, which I don't mind, but he didn't seem to understand much about marketing and communication. Asking the same questions repeatedly in slightly different ways is not exactly conducive to finding a culture fit who is also proficient at their job.
