applied on line-company website, received email back to fill application (owners wife), did phone interview. They emailed job offer, non compete agreemt, employments papers. set up travel to NC and training.

First with the head recruiter and then with the hiring manager. All standard screening, experience, and interview questions. Pretty easy interview questions. One on the phone the other a video call. The screener call was easy

Entretien
Very quick and easy process. Best to be referred by an employee. Initial Phone Interview, Character Test, 3 Minute Video, then Final Phone Interview. Process was very easy and the people aren't very technical on what you know, but moreso looking for your personality characteristics.
