Following this you are sent an email asking you to do an aptitude and personality test - no results given to the applicant. Before being invited to speaking to anyone, the people who made it to the next round were were asked to complete 2 tasks - with a strict 2 hour time limit. No results are given to the applicant. The people who did they best in these tests were then invited to interview.
