I first interviewed via phone with HR, then I had to wait 3 months for an in-person interview. I had two in-person interviews, approx. 1 hour each. I interviewed with two different departments.

It was a phone interview, pretty short, and started with a little small talk and then the recruiter briefly introduce the position requirement, then asked a few pretty straightforward questions.
