Interview process was relatively straight forward. Met with services manager, sales manager, and regional VP. Mostly asked background questions and work history but generally just chatted to get an idea of personality. For engineering/professional services no technical questions asked other than technologies familiar with. Really more of just lunch and getting to know one another than a formal interview.
