I applied for this position through an external recruitment company. My resume was sent over and a phone screen with one owner of the company was scheduled. The phone screen was very successful (about 45 minutes long going over current issues at their company and how I would handle them).
Following the phone screen I had two back to back in person interviews with the other owners of the company. (Each interview was about an hour long.) Both of these went very well as well, they asked me many company specific behavioral questions (how I would solve problems they were currently having) as well as general background questions.
I was offered the position and gladly accepted. The position aligned perfectly with my life and career goals and they seemed to have a great company culture.
After accepting the position the company rescinded my offer a week before I was supposed to start and did not give a reason. I had already turned down competing offers from other companies in the week before that so I was left high and dry with no recourse.
How a company goes from thinking you are a perfect fit (even texting you how excited they are for you to start) to rescinding your offer without reason within a week is completely beyond me.
I would recommend any HR professionals in particular be careful how much free advice you give them during your interview process. I suspect they took note of my ideas and potential strategies and then chose to keep handling their HR processes piecemeal internally.

The interview was very relaxed. During the interview management asked me the common interview questions. We were in the small conference room so it made the interview personable. The hiring manager was very polite

I sent my resume in to the CEO. She emailed me within a day asking to come in for an interview and she gave me a wide variety of times and options to come in. Very flexible. Was offered the job on scene.
