Easy but Long. I had to meet with 5 or 6 different people and the interview lasted a few hours. I was told it would only be an hour. What bothered me most was they never reached out to me afterwards to let me know that I would not be getting the position. They just ghosted me.

After applying, I was emailed to set up an interview for the following day. The interviewer reached out to reschedule shortly before the call due to a meeting, but I never received a call despite having confirmed a second meeting time and sending my number. Many things can come up in work and life, which is understandable, but after sending a follow-up email, I never received a response. Whether one is an interviewer or job seeker, this is not professional or respectful behavior. I hope that she is well and nothing serious came up.
