The fellow selection process is opaque and disorganized. ProInspire requires applicants to jump through many meaningless hoops, including creating a video with a cheesy prompt, stringing applicants along. They also do not have partners lined up ahead of time, so it's challenging to know what types of roles are even available and to tailor how you speak about your experience in a compelling way. I was surprised by how trite ProInspire's interview questions were, despite being an organization supposedly dedicated to finding talent. It was as though they Googled "interview questions" right before the interview and read the first list that came up. The application process drags on for many months. They do not follow up or provide updates. Apply to this fellowship with caution.
