Recruiter reached out and asked to grab time on his calendar. Spoke with the recruiter for ~25 minutes with a lot of details. Recruiter seemed nice enough but did indicate the company is growing and there have been a lot of rejections due to not 'fitting company culture'. Despite ending in a positive note with all skill sets matched, I received a generic rejection letter.
