I applied directly through LinkedIn & was messaged within 24 hours to schedule an introduction call/interview. The interview was set for a couple days later by video link - although no video was shown during the call. Not only was the interviewer late to the call, she didn’t even apologize for it. She rushed the entire call & seemed to barely even know who she was talking to. It was clear she didn’t even review my resume prior to the call. At the end, she stated she would send an email immediately following the call to move on to the next steps. The steps in fact are: Intro call, call with person currently in role who has been promoted then an onsite interview with the team. It is now a week later & I have had ZERO communication from Private Label. They completely wasted my time & I’m sure they will waste plenty of other applicants' time, seeing as over 100 people applied for the role.
