Professional and lovely couple interviewed me for a nanny role. We met up a coffee shop and conversation was great. I made sure to be prepared for questions I knew they were going to ask as most nanny interviews tend to be a bit less formal than an office interview

What stood out to me is that I asked to hold their baby at the end of the interview, which apparently the other nannies had not asked. They saw that as a deal breaker into how much I enjoyed my job!
