This interview process started with a 10 min phone screening. I was then invited to a group interview that lasted for 3+ hours and included a 50 min overview of why they are so successful. The entire session was chaotic and unorganised. I was then asked to complete a personality test (about 30 mins) as a follow up. From there, I was booked on to an additional video interview where the interviewer was 15 mins late and, once he joined, continued to make assumptions about me in the workplace which had no ground whatsoever.
