Got interview,got the job,3 days later "told I hadn't got the job " even after getting handshakes and told everything about shift patterns and where I would be based ETC
Unprofessional..and now told they still taking on for the same position !

Online interview with panel, positive process! Questions you would expect to be asked about what support might look like for patients, etc. was interviewed by clinical lead. followed by in person training.

The interview was very laid back and informal. Before the actual interview, I was presented with a piece of paper asking generic questions such as whether I understood what I was applying for, Criminal convictions, health issues, date of birth and holidays pre-booked.
I had 11 questions in my interview and it lasted over an hour.
Very laid back interview.
The questions were great and really challenged your reasons for undertaking the role.
The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel at ease, which was a bonus!
