I had initially been contacted by a recruiter, which led to the HR screening process. My profile was then forwarded to the department for review. After a week, the Hiring Manager (HM) contacted me to schedule the initial interview with the panel. The interview went well, but I have not received any response from the team or HR about the outcome. After a couple of follow-up emails and more than a month, there has been no update from the team or HR. Additionally, the status in Workday has not been updated. Job searching can already be stressful, and being ghosted only adds to it. I would appreciate proper communication from the recruiting team to help a candidate.
