After the initial resume screening, I received a phone call from HR. They performed some initial screen questions including basic coding and definition questions. After passing that, they had the hiring manager and director do an in person interview. They asked several questions ranging from soft skills to technical ones. I left with a good impression and was contacted by HR with an offer around a week later. I was told another person would receive an offer if I didn't accept right away.
