Applied for software internship online, got an email a couple months later asking to set up a phone interview. The first interview was pure behavioral, interviewer was very personable and questions not too difficult. The second interview was a couple weeks later, also almost pure behavioral.

Very good conversation going through and the interviewer give a lot of opportunity for the interviewee to express freely their thoughts to help to more understanding each other. and they are very friendly throughout the whole interview.
