1. Written Test
2. Technical Interview
3. Managerial Round
4. HR Interview
Written test is MCQ, focused mainly on testing, best material to clear written test is ISTQB Foundations syllabus . Technical Interview and Managerial Interview focuses mainly on your testing skills , confidence and communication skills. HR interview is just a formality and they offer you more than your expectation.
