It was easy, interviewer was kind and understanding. I liked the questioned asked, it seemed like they truly cared about how I manage a classroom. Many questions about classroom management and how I deal with specific situations in the classroom, with parents, and leadership.

You do a sit down. Then a working interview with an age group. You then meet again to go over the offer. You do exchange emails and or phone calls.
