Interviewed for a senior PM role. No response for 2 weeks. Then received word that they chose someone else and wanted to interview me for a PM role. I did and after another 2 weeks was told they went with someone else but wanted me for an on-site Superintendent role. Total of 6 weeks to be offered a chance at a role that I did not want.
