Seems like a great company to work. While I was in the waiting area, I saw an employee talking to a customer and I really liked the dynamic. Before the interview they make you take an 'Integrity Test'. Basically, they want to know if you use or have use drugs, if you are an aggressive person or a stealer. For me, an stupid test with a lot of stupid questions. They tell you that if you don't pass the test, they can't hire you. The interview was very easy going. A lot of questions about past experience and the classics "tell me about a time when you..." questions. I really loved the process.
