The interview takes multiple rounds like essay writing,mcq of English grammer,then technical and HR round,as the main role of the job is to type subtitle in English ,so proficiency should be advanced.

Interview is too long. Different job process have different types of application process. Interviews are time consuming. Interviews need to be more organized. Too many rounds for interview which were tiresome.
