Unprofessional. Was not informed that I passed initial writing test. Had to chase up recruitment for two weeks after test deadline who then told me that they would like to book an interview with me. Weeks on end trying to chase up Recruitment for interview/feedback after interview. Finally got a hold of recruitment who then booked me for a second interview. During second interview, I mentioned my writing test, interviewers admitted that they did not even look at my test.

They were all standard questions after passing a medical writing test. Why this job? Why work for us? Talk about yourself. What do you expect to be your biggest challenge? etc.
