It’s 4 steps. The first 2 are the initial interview and then a quick writing exercise. They were pretty quick with moving through the steps though. Overall I have a positive outlook on the company and their hiring process. I didn’t get ghosted and one of the people I interviewed with actually gave me feedback on my exercise and asked if I would be interested in a position in the future. 12/10 I would recommend
