The process was fairly simple, I was contacted by HR to discuss various openings and do a preliminary interview, then referred to the appropriate hiring managers. The hiring manager was very accommodating in finding a time that worked best around my current work schedule.

It took about 45 minutes, very informative, made me feel like my needs were important as well. Discussed the needs for the company and expectations, ability to ask questions, very friendly. Made me feel comfortable.
