Applied through a recruiter. Took them a few days to contact me. Organized the interview for the same week. I showed up in a clean suit, shaved and very professional. But they showed up very casual and not even clean! They started explaining how the organization structure looks like, took him almost 20 minutes. It was boring listening to him after 10 min. There was another person asking questions about BGP. She asked a question about BGP Weight, which I believe she was wrong. I didn't tell her anyway. She continued asking about things in my resumes like F5 and FirePower. Simple questions. Then the other guy started picking up things in my previous jobs that he thought I might have lied on my resume. Then he suddenly out of nowhere asked this question "where are you from by the way?" ... I was shocked because he asked in a wrong way that made me uncomfortable. I replied simple and short. Then he kept being silly by asking his next stupid question: "why did you come to Australia?" ... I replied: "what!!???" and just didn't answer it. In the end, they looked very unprofessional to me. I declined their offer. My guess is titles do really matter to him. And he sounded a bit of micromanagement.
