Just simple interview with a HR advisor, basic competency questions 'why primark' etc. and availability. Application form online previously with competency questions and numerical testing- actually quite difficult for a part time job. Following job offer had to attend many training sessions about health and safety and corporate ethics.

One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"

In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
