If you are early you will wait in their canteen. You will then most likely be interviewed by the HR manager

Interviewer was nice however they called me in expecting me to work days and hours that didn't match the advertised contract. I explained that I wasn't able to meet with them with their expected hours so we than eneded the interview early.
