My interview was done over the phone because I was currently living in a different state. The whole process took a little over 30 mins. She had asked me about my previous work experience and posed potential situations and how I'd react to them.

Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.

Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
Concise and to the point: CV review and experience highlights, with questions on each role and how my responsibilities, skills, and impact would translate to Primark and future career fit.
