Applied online , 2 weeks later they rung me for an interview the next day. Asked questions such as when have you been part of a team ? What is customer service to you ? What do you know about Primark ? 5 skills you have ? etc . Also some scenario questions such as how to deal with angry customers and what to do if a dress from the window is out of stock. Quite easy questions and more of a conversation than an interview

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
