- Applied online and then managed to score an interview.
- Got a call back and underwent the interview process where i was asked why i wanted to work in primark and why i would be a benefit to the company. Then after a four day wait i received a call back to work in my local primark.

Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.

Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
