Applied online and the recruitment officer responded some time later. Took a while. I had the interview which lasted around an hour, the staff member that took me to the interview seemed very polite upon arrival. The manager conducting the interview was professional and seemed friendly, took a good interest into my previous experience. Was polite throughout the interview asking a variety of competency based questions and questions surrounding the overall role and how my experience was appropriate.

Was an easy interview, asked for any previous experience or related to test whether you fit the criteria if you are vigilant and can do the safe checks well. Asks you for able to do sales assistant role which includes on floor duties.

There was two mangers doing the interview. The questions were on sheets of paper with large areas for the interviewers writing notes. Unusual questions that I hadn't thought would be asked. They wanted quick answers with bullet points and buzz words. Mostly situational questions.

Received a phone call asking to interview. Went in person. Interview lasted less than an hour. Was told exactly what the position entailed and asked about my relevant work experience.
