I was put through a screening test before I applied. My application was very,very quick. I applied on the Wednesday, had an offer for an interview on Thursday, interview on Saturday,hired on Sunday.
The interview itself was fairly straightforward, no real challenging questions were asked and all that were asked were either available on Glassdoor or common sense.

Question 1
If a customer wanted to try on something but moaned that the fitting room queue was too long, what would you do to resolve this issue?
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.

The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
