It was pretty quick with the woman who interviewed me. She was pretty nice and wrote things down on the tablet. Just remember to always smile and don't show that you dislike people or working with others. Tell them you are available many hours and you are flexible if possible. That increases your potential.

Question 1
All the same questions about telling a time when there was a situation and how you resolved it. Words to describe yourself. About what your old boss would say about you and your relationship with them. Tell about a situation when you had a problem at school or job. There were many of the situation type questions.
It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
