Knowing what the company wants and its history will show that you at least did research on the company. Understanding your weakness and strengths will help them understand that you know where you need to improve on. Just being honest really show them that you will take thing serious.

The most unexpected questions I got was "What did you manager did that you did not agree with and why?" It was a pretty tough question but they do appreciate your honesty.
