J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Presidio
Entretien
This was a phone screen that included many of the typical questions one would expect. However, the recruiter was oddly fixated on why I left a position over five years ago (at the height of the COVID pandemic) and even pressed me for details on a personal situation that led me to resign from that position. In fact, she spent more time drilling into that matter than she did trying to determine if I could actually do the job we were supposed to be discussing.
This can barely be called an interview.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Presidio en juil. 2025
Entretien
A recruiter from Presidio emailed me what were clearly copy/paste templated emailed telling me that she was very impressed with my background. It just felt like spam nonsense. Then she followed up. Again and again and again. When I finally responded and said that I would have an intro call, she emails back to tell me that my background isn't right for the roll. Are you kidding me? She's spammed me for weeks only to tell me that I'm not a good enough fit to get an interview? I think I dodged a bullet with Presidio.
