Really weak. Badly managed, recruiter seemed to function purely as an admin, no clarity about what the interviews would be about or the purpose of them. Interviewers seemed really unclear as to what they were interviewing for, it was like everyone was doing the same interview again and again. Information was shared in one interview which o subsequently found was untrue.
