3. Cultural interview where they ask about your current company, as well as social situations you've had before and how you've handled them
They rejected me because my current employer doesn't measure business performance like they do.

After finishing all stages of the 5 interview process (around 8 hours total) I was declined because they are not hiring remote anymore. Total waste of time & lack of professionalism
