First interview is a phone interview. The second is in person. They ask basic interview questions like skills history and character assessment questions. It is a commission based position and that was not initially clear.

Awful interview. They expect you to work 12 hours a day or else you don't get paid. They say that you could make zero dollars in the first sixth months of working there. Try to intimidate you and are very disrespectful. If they reach out to you, don't even bother going because its a waste of time.
