The owner of the company mostly told me about the job and didn't ask me very many questions. It was a situation where using active listening skills was more important that my overall communication. The employer was most concerned with making sure I knew what the job entailed and I that I could be flexible in the workplace to do whatever needed to be done even if it wasn't in the general job description which is common I think for small private companies.
