I drove an hour for a 5 minute interview with the CEO. He asked really basic questions, barely scratching the surface of my qualifications. The next day I got a call for the second phase of the interview. I met a woman, and she drove me to a coffee shop down the road. (I thought it was a bit odd that we left the office building?) She asked me the same questions the CEO did. Really basic stuff and didn't really answer my questions about the company. Overall, the entire experience was misleading. They don't want interviewees that it's a door-to-door sales position, and they omit a lot of information until you take the job
