First round of interview was a face-to-face with members from the team that was hiring me. It was an hour long interview that involved technical and non-technical questions. The second round of interview was conducted by the manager of the team that had the position open. It was a friendly interview process.

Comfortable and courteous. Nice people. Questions were relevant and meaningful. No tricks - they are just looking for a competent and good fit. It takes longer than you want to wait between steps, but if you send an email to ask, responses are courteous and come quickly.
