VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Had initial phone screen and scheduled full phone interview. The day of the second interview the hiring manager never called. So, I called him. He had no idea what he was doing. Kept calling me by the wrong name and said it was an initial phone screen (which we had already done). Said he wanted to move forward but has not phoned, emailed or responded to any of my emails. I probably wouldn't work for a manager like this anyway
