Phone call with manager. No interview or questioning process. Next step is passing a swim test and completing all required lifeguard training and certification. You basically just have to sign up for the job because there is always a shortage of lifeguards. The training costs 250 out of your own pocket

sat at a dunkin donuts at a small table and asked simple questions about what i was doing and who i was. It was very simple and laid back. He offered the job right there. We discussed the company rules, uniform, and where I would be working. Within the next week I was working with uniform.
