The process is quite thorough. From the initial video followed by a coffee chat with the hiring manager and then meeting the people team. Also invited to attend recent events and tech lectures, it has been a great opportunity to see what is expected of the role in practice. Seeing the events and sessions in both Chinese and English gives a good insight into the company culture and how the team teachers across languages.
