After submitting my resume and cover letter, I was selected for a phone interview. I spoke with the interviewer on the phone for about 20 minutes. She was friendly and asked fairly basic questions, such as my experience with Excel and how I stay organized. Although she said I would get a follow-up, I was not contacted by the company again.
