I checked into the front desk to receive a visitors pass. They invited me to the back and I was interviewed in an office by three people. They asked me to introduce myself, talk about my lab experience, and then asked me some standard interview questions including what my future plans are, talk about a past experience where I made a mistake, and what I would contribute towards the company as an employee. One of the interviewers graduated from the same college as I did, so interpersonal conversation made things incredibly enjoyable. I asked to get a tour around the facility (did not take that long since they are a relatively young company with a new building)
