The first interview consisted of a phone screening with the hiring manager where they discussed what Precision does, the roles within the team, and the specific responsibilities of this role. A few days later, an in-person interview was scheduled with the recruiter for the following week. The in-person interview took place at their offices in downtown Durham, where I met with 3 members of the Quality team, the EHS coordinator, and the recruiter for the role. The interview lasted about 3 hours. I was given follow up information promptly after each round of interviews about next steps.
