I got pre-screen through a convention event and had an on-site interview there. The was three different hiring managers that was interested in me and asked me to narrowed down my area of interest immediately. I believe I didn't get a position with those respective hiring managers, but got invited to their superday.

Behavioral questions, talk about your resume. 3 different interviews, one of them with two employees. Employees were in positions for which you are being considered. Review some material related to position youre looking for, it impresses them.
