The process was amazing and involved a series of questions interrelated to each other and focused more on the process and slightly on the results. The detail-oriented approach was there and reflective questions were present in significant amounts.

There was nothing really complicated in the process. A simple one to one interaction with the Program Director and he was very approachable and kept it very friendly. There were no intense questions being asked or any technical tests that required you to scratch your head and deliver quantitative answers. The main thing they want to check is your passion to work in this sector.
